DESCRIPTION DOUBLE SHAFT MIXER:
METALTECO's twin shaft paddle mixers are designed to meet the most demanding mixing tasks in production plants, with applications in the premix, poultry, livestock, feed additive concentrate/balance feed, powder addition, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
At METALTECO we understand the critical importance of uniform and consistent mixing between batches. That's why our innovative approach allows the entire material to be in motion and continuously moving from one end of the mixer to the other. The coefficient of variation of the 5% is achieved with only 240 seconds of mixing.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS DOUBLE SHAFT MIXER:
- Capacity: up to 12,000 liters.
- Double vane shaft.
- Material of manufacture: carbon steel or stainless steel - as required.
- Coefficient of variation of the mixture: ≤ 5%.
- Gate over the entire length of the pneumatically operated equipment with an opening of more than 90 degrees.
- Percentage of bottom residue: ≤ 0.2 %
- Mixing time: filling: 40 seconds, dry mixing: 90 seconds, liquid addition: 60 seconds, wet mixing: 30 seconds, discharge: 20 seconds.
