DESCRIPTION COUNTERFLOW CHILLER:
The Cooler METALTECO Counterflow (Counterflow Cooler) for concentrated/balanced feed, is used to lower the temperature and remove moisture from the pelleted feed. A layer of material is formed inside the equipment. An upward airflow flows through it (counterflow principle), which carries moisture particles and heat out of the equipment. In this way, the material remains in optimum storage conditions.
TECHNICAL DATA
- Capacity: up to 30 TPH.
- Discharge grate with pneumatic or hydraulic drive, according to capacity.
- Cooling chamber made entirely of stainless steel to prevent corrosion.
- Support base and discharge frame made of carbon steel structural profile.
- Octagonal construction to ensure that there are no areas of reduced layer height and therefore no wasted airflow.
