VIDEO DESCRIPTION :

OPERATION OF THE DRUM DEFROSTING SYSTEM: After the bunches have finished the sterilization process, they go to the fruit remover, where the fruit is separated from the rachis. The desfrutador is a cage-like drum that rotates leaving the center free. The bunches pass into the drum and repeatedly hit the longitudinal bars of the drum, which causes the fruit to detach. 

TECHNICAL DATA :

  • Shaft or shaftless geared or shaftless.
  • Capacities of 30 Ton/h, 45 Ton/h or upon customer request.
  • Motor: 40 HP @ 80 rpm for a capacity of 45 Ton/h.
