DESCRIPTION OF DRUM DEFROSTING:
In this video we show you the operation of a METALTECO desfruiting drum as seen from the inside. You can perfectly see how the bunches are thrown from the upper part of the drum. The impact with the lower part produces the detachment of the fruit (previously sterilized). Our engineering group and our wide experience are a guarantee of success.
