DESCRIPTION VIBRATORY UNLOADER:
The METALTECO Vibratory Discharger is an equipment designed to be installed at the bottom of the outlet cone of storage silos. Its function is to induce the discharge of difficult flowing material stored in the silo. Connected to the automation system and the METALSOFT software, the system generates a vibratory pulse that breaks the bonds between the particles of the stored material, which allows to generate flow through the discharge mouth.
The Vibratory Discharger should not be turned on continuously, as its effect will then be negative: the stored material will be compacted by reducing the interstices between the particles of the material.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS VIBRATORY UNLOADER:
- Equipment to be installed in conical bottom silos up to 10 meters in diameter.
- Vibration motor directly coupled to the system.
- Automated or manual operation control, as required by the customer.
- Discharge flow up to 200 TPH.
