DESCRIPTION BULK SHIPMENT:
The METALTECO Bulk Dispatch system, designed for storage of finished concentrated/balanced product or raw materials, is composed of a set of silos or hoppers installed on a metallic structure anchored to the floor. The dimensions of this structure allow the passage of a truck or bulk mule that receives the material directly from the unloading cones, under which weighing scales have been installed to guarantee the precision in the loading of the truck and, together with the METALSOFT software and automation system, the exact control of the dispatches carried out.
The hoppers are fed by a system of conveyors and switch valves (or rotary distributors, depending on the customer's preference), which are in charge of routing the material to the corresponding hopper. The METALSOFT control and weighing systems that are installed as an option to the bulk dispatch allow to know the exact amount of material stored in each hopper / silo.

- Storage capacities calculated and designed according to specific customer requirements, either in one or several dispatch modules.
- Wide platforms and access stairs for maintenance.
- Discharge cones with curved edges to avoid accumulation of material residues.
- Hoppers / silos manufactured in carbon steel or galvanized steel, according to requirements.
- Structures calculated according to seismic resistance standards.
